Classification of Microorganisms (Gram staining)
Abstract
이 實驗(실험)은 미지의 세균을 그람 염색법을 통해 염색한 후 그람 양성균인지 음성균인지 분류해보는 것에 實驗(실험)의 주안점을 두고 있다 분별 염색법을 통해 세균을 염색했고 염색약으론 Crystal Violet과 Safranin을 사용했다.
