4) procedure
1.10번 mess로 umbilicus side에 skin incision한 후에 bovie로 bleeding control하면서 subcu까지 열면 Army navy 걸고 fascia, muscle까지 open한다.
4.먼저 S자상 직장의 왼쪽 장간막을 박리- Rt angle로 조직을 벌리면서 bovie로 dissection 해나간다.
3.peritoneum이 노출되면 Retractor를 걸고 large intestine을 찾아낸다.
